Pediatric Hematologists - Division of Pediatric Hematology
The Division of Pediatric Hematology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is recruiting new full-time faculty members. The Division of Hematology is one of the few free-standing pediatric hematology divisions in the country. Board eligibility is required. The positions will entail 10-50% clinical activity and 50-90% research time, depending on the interests and seniority of the candidates. The candidates should have a focus in bleeding or thrombotic disorders. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the combined JHU/NIH Pediatric Hematology/Oncology training program, which selects six new fellows per year, as well as a hematology-only research training grant (T32). The research environment is exceptionally strong, with superb opportunities for collaboration within the Division, Adult Hematology, and the institution at large. The Division of Pediatric Hematology administers the only Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center in the state of Maryland, with active Federal funding and a 340B program.
Interested candidates should contact Dr. James F. Casella, Division Chief of Pediatric Hematology through the Division Manager, Phyllis Crockett ([email protected]).
