HTRS Welcomes Our Newest Team Member, Dr. Noah Cummings!

We are excited to welcome Dr. Noah Cummings to the HTRS Administrative Team and look forward to the many contributions
he will bring in his new role as HTRS Award Programs Manager.

Noah is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in policy analysis, program management, and data analytics across the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. His expertise includes leading major public health initiatives, guiding budget and resource allocation, and advancing evidence-based strategies to strengthen national and global health programs.

He holds a Doctorate in Health Sciences, Master of Public Health, Master of Science in Human Services Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services. Outside of work, Noah values family life with his wife and three daughters and enjoys exploring his creative side as a novice DJ in his free time.
