HTRS Trainee Workshop: Spring 2027
Our flagship training program, this highly regarded 1.5-day workshop for residents and fellows features trainee case presentations, interactive sessions, small group breakouts, and many opportunities to network with peers and mentors.
Best for: Residents and fellows
Format: 1.5-day workshop, non-CME
Focus: Mentorship, case presentations, career development, and peer networking
HTRS 2027 Research Colloquium
A dynamic, 1.5-day program for early-career physician scientists and discovery-based/translational scientists. The Colloquium supports and inspires HTRS junior faculty as they build careers in hemostasis and thrombosis research.
Best for: Early-career physician scientists and discovery-based/translational scientists
Format: 1.5-day biennial program
Focus: Scientific sessions, breakouts, career development, and mentor networking
HTRS 2027 Multidisciplinary Pre-Conference
A collaborative half-day program designed for advanced practice providers, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals dedicated to the care of patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.
Best for: APPs, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, and allied health professionals
Format: Half-day pre-conference with networking lunch
Focus: Quality improvement, bone health, musculoskeletal management, 504 Plans, IEPs, and patient-centered care
FWGBD Pre-Conference Uterine Colloquium at HTRS 2027
The Foundation for Women and Girls with Blood Disorders is pleased to announce the 2027 national colloquium on uterine hemostasis. The Uterine Hemostasis Colloquium VI will begin in the evening of Wednesday, March 10 and conclude Thursday, March 11, 2027, preceding the HTRS Scientific Symposium.

HTRS Member-Led Workshops
HTRS is excited to introduce Member-Led Workshops as a new feature of the HTRS 2027 Scientific Symposium. These interactive 90- to 120-minute sessions provide HTRS members with the opportunity to lead focused committee or study section meetings, hands-on learning sessions, or in-person educational mini-workshops on hemostasis and thrombosis topics.
Whether you want to share innovative clinical approaches, facilitate case-based learning, explore emerging research, or address challenges facing the field, this is your chance to engage your peers and contribute to our Symposium program.
Best for: HTRS members interested in leading educational or collaborative sessions
Format: Interactive 90- to 120-minute workshops
Focus: Committee and study section meetings, hands-on learning, case-based discussions, emerging research, and innovative clinical approaches
