International Attendees

International attendees planning to join us for the HTRS 2027 Scientific Symposium in Philadelphia, PA, from March 11-13, 2027, are reminded to check visa requirements for travel to the United States. To ensure a smooth application process, we recommend you review the specific requirements and apply for your visa well in advance of the conference dates.
HTRS is pleased to assist with your visa application by providing a letter of invitation upon registration. This letter will support your application and facilitate your travel plans.

Registration Desk
Visit the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and conference materials. Each attendee must pick up their own name badge – group pick up is not allowed.

Name Badges Are Required
Name badges are required to access scientific sessions and ancillary events. If you do not have your name badge on, you will not be admitted. Make sure you have your name badge when you leave your hotel room for the day!
Onsite registration will be available for last-minute attendees (subject to availability and increased pricing).

Poster Viewing
Print Posters: View during the Poster Sessions or browse at your leisure during breaks and networking receptions.
ePosters: Listen to 2-minute "speed" presentations of poster content at monitors in the Foyer. Headphones and disinfectant wipes provided.
PDF Files: PDFs can be accessed on the Mobile App only for those abstracts whose submitters approved of this option.
Exhibit Hall Access
Access to the Exhibit Hall is restricted to those with the appropriate badge and registration is mandatory for all company participants.
- Security guards will monitor the hall and have the authority to deny entry to anyone without the proper badge and required registration.
- All third-party representatives must be officially registered for the meeting.

Mobile Meeting App
The Mobile App is your go-to resource for real-time updates, speaker details, various abstracts, and more. The App will launch prior to Symposium.
Session Recordings
HTRS Members receive complimentary access to scientific session recordings post-meeting through our Resource Center.
