Exhibit Hall – Millennium Ballroom
Our Exhibit Hall, located in the Millennium Ballroom, is designed to maximize visibility and attendee engagement.
Posters, food and beverage functions, networking events, and interactive activities are strategically located throughout the space.
Daily exhibitor engagement initiatives, including a scavenger hunt and lead retrieval, will encourage attendees to visit participating booths.

Exhibit Hall Access
Access to the Exhibit Hall is restricted to individuals with the appropriate conference badge. Registration is required for all exhibiting company personnel.
- Security personnel will monitor the Exhibit Hall and may deny entry to anyone without the proper badge and required registration.
- All exhibitor representatives, including third-party contractors and agency personnel, must be officially registered for the Symposium.
